How your business gets into the app
The app searches only the Business Directory, under the same rules as the site. The directory lists businesses with a Business Page or Founders, VIP members who list their company and founding members, once their page is complete: the company name and its field or services. Free accounts do not appear in the app. The details are under Business Page.
What helps you get found and chosen
- Services written the way clients search for them, with indicative prices
- The city and the areas you work in
- A clear description: what you do, for whom and how fast
- Recommendations and reviews from clients and partners
- A company verified with ANAF, shown as a sign of trust
What does not help: a more expensive plan. Once a business is in the Business Directory, the order in ChatGPT and Claude never depends on payment, only on how well it matches what the person needs and on its recommendations.
What you receive
Requests sent from ChatGPT or Claude arrive in your account and by email, just like the ones from the site, with the client's name, email and phone. You reply directly. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we send you one reminder.
To keep spam out, a business receives at most 10 requests a day through the app, and the same request never arrives twice.
Outside the app too
Your public page is indexed by Google and can be read by ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants when they search the web. We cannot guarantee that they cite you, but a complete and accurate page improves your chances.

Do I have to pay to appear in ChatGPT or Claude?
The app shows only the businesses in the Business Directory. Once their page is complete, the directory lists businesses with a Business Page or Founders, VIP members who list their company and founding members. Free accounts do not appear. Once a business is listed, the order in which it appears never depends on its plan.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. The order in ChatGPT and Claude depends only on how well the business matches what the person needs and on its recommendations, reviews and rating.
What data about my business does the assistant see?
Only what is public on your page, with the contact details you chose to show. Whatever you change on the page also shows in the app.
Am I guaranteed requests from ChatGPT?
No. The app makes your business easy to find for the people who use it, but we cannot guarantee a number of requests.
Can I connect my account to ChatGPT or Claude?
Not yet. You manage your business from your account on the site.
I already have my own AI agent. Can I connect it?
