What is Grupul Antreprenorilor?

Grupul Antreprenorilor is a community of over 285,000 Romanian entrepreneurs, organised as a public platform with a business directory and an AI assistant. You list yourself, receive requests for quotes and build relationships, and your public profile can appear on Google and in AI assistants' answers when someone searches for services like yours.

Is it free?

Yes. You list yourself free and you stay free: a public profile, presence in AI search, a unique member number and a dofollow link to Facebook. You pay only if you want the right to post in the Facebook group and to be promoted — through the plans VIP (€200/year, or €50/month with VIP Monthly), Business Page (€200/year) or Founders (€300/year, a discounted bundle that includes VIP + Business Page).

What is the difference between the two directories?

The Entrepreneurs Directory shows the people behind the businesses: members on VIP (annual or monthly) or Founders, and founding members. Free accounts appear in the "Other members" directory. The Business Directory shows the companies on the Business Page plan (€200/year) or Founders, plus VIP members who choose to list their company, once the company page is complete (a real company name plus a field or services). In the site's default order, Founders and business pages sit at the front.

How do I create an account?

You enter your email address and receive a sign-in link — no password to remember. You click the link, you are signed in and you can complete your profile straight away. The whole process takes under a minute.

How do recommendations work?

Any signed-in member can leave a recommendation (a testimonial) and endorse a profile. Recommendations go through manual moderation before publication; those tied to a confirmed transaction receive the “Verified” badge.

How do I choose the right plan?

If you only want to be listed and found, stay on the free plan. If you want the right to post and comment in the Facebook group, choose VIP (€200/year) — as a recognised member you post directly, whenever you like, without waiting for approval. If you prefer to pay monthly, VIP Monthly (€50/month) has all VIP benefits except Founding Member status, which comes only with annual payment, and you can cancel it at any time. VIP also gives you a promoted profile, the Elite badge, maximum visibility on the site (people find you first in the directory) and help unblocking a banned Facebook account (case by case, not guaranteed). If you have a company and want a page in the Business Directory, choose Business Page (€200/year) — a separate purchase that anyone can make. If you want all of it, choose Founders (€300/year): a bundle with a €100 discount that includes VIP + Business Page together (€400 bought separately), with the Founding Member badge and first place in both directories on the site, ahead of VIP members and business pages.

What does it cost and how do I pay?

Prices are in euros: VIP €200/year — or VIP Monthly, €50/month, with all VIP benefits except Founding Member status —, Business Page €200/year and Founders €300/year (€400 bought separately, a €100 discount), plus any applicable VAT. Payment is taken through Stripe once a year (every month for VIP Monthly) and renews automatically until cancelled. Separately paid posts (€50 once or €75 a month) are no longer sold: VIP Monthly replaced them.

How do I cancel a plan?

From the billing portal (Stripe), reachable from your account, you stop the renewal. You stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for (the year or, with VIP Monthly, the month), after which the account returns to the free version — you keep your profile and your listing, but you lose the right to post in the group and the promotion.

How long before I appear and before I can post in the group?

Your profile appears as soon as you sign up or as soon as the payment clears. A business page enters the Business Directory once you complete its field and services. The right to post in the group is switched on by our team after a manual check, usually within 24 hours for VIP; from then on you post directly, whenever you like — with no join request and no approval for each post. As a recognised member of the community you follow Facebook's content rules, and we monitor the community from a distance.

Can I search the community's businesses in ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. The Grupul Antreprenorilor app for ChatGPT and Claude searches the Business Directory: you see the businesses, their services, indicative prices and reviews, and you can request a quote, which is sent only after you confirm. The order never depends on a subscription. The page "The app for ChatGPT and Claude" explains how to use it in each of them.

How do I receive the invoice, and in what currency do I pay?

Payments are processed from Cyprus, in euros (EUR). The invoice is generated automatically and is available at any time in your account, under the invoice history, where you can download it as a PDF.

What automations help me on the platform?

We pre-fill your profile automatically from your website or Facebook page link, Oracol (the AI assistant) guides you conversationally through listing and recommends suitable connections, and you periodically receive an email report with your profile's statistics (views, clicks, enquiries).

What is Oracol?

Oracol is the platform's AI assistant. It answers natural-language questions in Romanian or English — for example “Who does accounting in Cluj?” — and recommends suitable entrepreneurs with a direct contact link. You can also use it to discover your own positioning in the market.

Is there a Facebook group?

Yes. The brand started in 2017 as a Facebook group and has grown to over 285,000 members — that community is still active. Anyone can read it, but the right to post and comment in the group comes with the VIP plan (€200/year, or €50/month with VIP Monthly).
